What about appliances the seller left behind? We clean inside refrigerators, freezers, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, and washer/dryers as a standard part of move-out. Pellet stoves and woodstoves need to be cold for at least 48 hours before we can clean the firebox.
Do you bring your own supplies? Yes — pH-balanced floor cleaners for original hardwoods, non-abrasive products for the older porcelain you find in West Granby bathrooms, and HEPA vacuums. We do not use products that off-gas into a closed-up house.
