Belleza’s Home Services & Management operates a conversational SMS program for our East Coast cleaning operation, serving Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.

Program Description

If you consent to receive SMS from Belleza’s Home Services, you agree to receive conversational text messages from us. Every message is written and sent by a member of our team, one to one, in reply to your inquiry or in the course of the cleaning service you asked us about. We do not send marketing messages, promotional messages, automated messages, or bulk messages through this program.

Types of Messages You Can Expect

  • Answers to questions you send us about our cleaning services
  • Replies about a quote you requested, and follow-up on that estimate
  • Agreeing on a date and time for your cleaning, and confirming the details with you
  • Coordinating how our team should access your property, such as door codes, lockbox details, or entry instructions
  • Handling a reschedule that you request
  • Answering you and helping you after a cleaning service

How to Opt In

You may opt in by completing the Get a Quote form at https://www.bellezashomeservices.net/get-a-quote/ and checking the SMS consent box. The box is unchecked by default and is not required in order to submit the form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency

Messaging frequency may vary, because it depends on the conversation you have with our team.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Belleza’s Home Services does not charge for this program. Standard carrier rates apply.

How to Opt Out

To opt out at any time, text STOP. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To opt back in, reply START.
